Refund policy

Regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are non-returnable. Returns accepted with the original product packaging within 30 days of shipment. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please contact us by email to receive a return authorization prior to shipping your return item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed. For exchanges in advance of product return, we will require payment for the new product and shipping (if applicable). You will be credited for the returned merchandise within 5 days of its arrival at our warehouse. Please be aware that it can take 1-3 days for the credit to post to your account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
